My chicken cordon blu stuffed peppers

Instructions
Finely chopped cooked chicken and ham. Add breadcrumbs, rice, egg, half and half, and Swiss and mix well. Add that mixture to the 3 green peppers that were cut in half and blanched. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes with a little chicken broth in the bottom of the roasting dish the stuffed peppers are in and cover tightly with foil. Remove foil and sprinkle with more swiss and continue to bake uncovered until toasted to desire consistency
