Instructions
Put soup vegetables in 1-1/2 to 2 cups of filtered water in a sauce pan. Bring to a strong simmer. Use a ladle of the water/broth to dissolve the miso flavoring and return to the soup and allow to simmer gently while preparing the rest of the breakfast. Prepare green tea by soaking two tea bags and a few slices of pealed ginger in 2 cups of boiling water. Prepare Onigiri. Fry Onigiri and pieces of the Red Bean Tofu substitute till both are browned and crispy. Prepare Tamagoyaki. Thaw strawberries, and mix them and yogurt together. Once tea and ginger is steeped, remove ginger and tea bags and add lemon juice. Plate appropriately and serve together.
